U.S. Economy: We Are In A Depression.

My fellow Americans and friends all:
Our Nation has entered a severe economic depression although the news media refuses to call it such. They will go on calling it a Recession, but the signs all point to a severe melt down. The Banks got bailed out with your tax money and the outgoing White House Administration failed to require any accountability of how that taxpayer money is being used by those asking for it, mainly, the Bankers and thieves of Wall Street, so dividends and bonuses are being paid with your money and mine. Meanwhile, not one penny has been offered to any family in danger of losing their home due to the greed-inspired economic meltdown in the home mortgage and secondary mortgage industry. The white collar thieves are about to disappear into the night and no one is talking about prosecuting these fleecers!
You and I must protect our families.
I believe the IRS should let all Americans write off 100 percent of their loses and expenses from their 2008 income tax returns.
These drastic times require a bold stroke of compassion by the federal government. The incoming Administration of President -Elect Obama estimates we could be in a severe depression (they don't call it that) for the next 2-3 years, but I fear it may last at least 10 years, and I hope I am wrong.
China owns us! Our Nation has borrowed too much from China! Enough!
Ask your tax preparer to determine if you can write off your loses on your income taxes. States, Municipalities and the federal government must grant this special dispensation in the Tax Codes to allow all of us to survive this Depression caused by the charlatans at the U.S. Treasury Department and the White House. What's your opinion? I'd like to know.
